Wow! That was definitely the spiciest Tom Yum Ive ever had in my life! ! I ordered king prawn Tom Yum but received seafood combination one with only two tiny prawns inside… I feel if theres a little bit less chilli the whole flavour will be more balanced.
Located in the food hall area of the Lidcombe Centre, the food here is delicious, mostly Malaysian chinese style. Choices from the menu are good, esp the very tasty Malaysian laksa, and the Sambal eggplant & pork, honey chicken and curry from the bain maris are very good too. Unfortunately though, I’ve found the service repeatly unaccommodating and inhospitable. When noodle and rice is offered on the 2 choice plate, I love a bit of both…..every other place has no problem with that, except for here. Was told by one of the serving people it was management policy! I’ve also seen several instances of disgruntled customers with whom staff don’t hesitate to argue. Keep the cooks, change the management and front of house and I’ll happily eat here much more often.
