About
BLUE Kitchen is a funky small cafe/eatery and gourmet food producer situated on the wrong side of the tracks over on the South Side of Lismore N.S.W.. All food items with the sole exception of our breads are prepared and produced fresh on premises using only the finest of regional ingredients of organic origin wherever possible. Our coffee is free trade organic and all of our tap water is passed through micron filters to eliminate chlorine and impurities. The walls are decked with retro music paraphernalia and figurines and a wall of guitars, mandolin and other instruments are available for our patrons to play and enjoy. this place is a joke. the chef/owner is so arrogant yet he struggles to fry an egg.I have had way better food at the golden arches than this disappointment of a greasy spoon that claims to be a ‘gourmet cafe’avoid at all costs!!!
Stopped for breakfast and were impressed with the homemade hollandaise sauce (only available on weekends).The baked eggs special was spicy and tasty but the eggs were slightly over cooked.Love the music theme and the free guitars available for use.Definitely will be back.
