Terrible customer service. I recently visited with my young family. I was told that it was going to be a wait of 15mins before we would receive our order (3 bacon and eggs on muffins) after a half hour had passed my 1 yo daughter was screaming her head off and my partners patience had worn thin so left to get food else where leaving me to ask for a refund, I waited at the counter and was ignored for 10mins before one of the staff finally came to the counter and was in the process of organising a refund when the owner saw what was happening and told her not to give me a refund and got the food to be finished cooking, I tried to explain that it had been too l long and he wouldn’t even listen. He then forced me to take the food and said he didn’t care how long I waited I wasn’t getting a refund.

You mightn’t think this isn’t something to write about, but I love my breakfast, and I love my ham & egg toasted sandwich. Today’s sandwich had me in 7th heaven. Loved it! Thank you to the young female chef at Bluely’s Cafe and thank you Bluey’s Cafe for making my day at work more enjoyable.Cheers, Dave.—–09 Feb, 2015—–The food, coffee and staff at Blueys Cafe make your day at work even better.. Blueys Cafe is one of those restaurants that take care with their food preparation for the enjoyment of the customers.I’m finding it difficult to drink coffee made elsewhere because they make the coffee the way I like it too.I’m into keeping a fit body, so I eat a lot of food so it has to be nice.The staff at Blueys Cafe are also very friendly with a smile and chat.You can see why it is one of the more popular places to eat and get a coffee in Lismore.
