The Bircher Bar is a fun and friendly 'hole-in-the-wall' cafe in the heart of downtown Lismore. We focus on creating delicious and healthy food and drinks using all natural ingredients, sourced as local as possible. We aim to be as sustainable as we can, supporting the community and various charities as well as using re-cycleable & re-useable materials.
