The opening experience at Bona Fides in Sydney did not start on a good note at all with the restaurant failing to confirm our booking and after we called they said yes just come down. So after we did we were greeted by a nasty younger waiter with a severe attitude problem and very nasty to deal with once seating us.The entrees were pretty good with the zucinni flower and calamari with the platter of seafood, chips and salad arriving shortly after. The food was not the issue here at all as it was really nice and the other older waiter that came along to fill our drinks was really nice and friendly and wish we had him first as he knows how fine dining experiences should be for the paying customer. But sadly the snippy waiter came back and started cleaning up before we were finished completing our meal which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional as I use to work in the fine dining industry. All up a bad experience and no wonder the place was almost empty. Forget coming here until they get rid of that younger rude waiter.
