If youre familiar with the Liverpool area, chances are, you would have walked past Bun Me Baguette (BMB) Cafe.Lemongrass Chicken Baguette Roll:All their baguette rolls come in 2 forms; fresh and toasted. Curious to know what their definition of a toasted baguette roll was, this was the option to go because no other place has done this before (possible trend? who knows!).Taste:The baguette roll was nice and warm, toasty and crunchy. All the filling was still intact after the toast and still retained its flavour profile. Having a sip of the Ca Phe Sua Da after each bite is adefinite must!Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese Iced Coffee):First sip in and you can definitely taste the coffee hit straight away. The taste of the coffee stands out from the condensed milk. This Ca Phe Sua Da definitely one that youd remember from the bittersweet aftertaste that it leaves, which is different from other Ca Phe Sua Das that youve had before.Chicken Avocado Goi Cuon (Vietnamese Summer Roll) – 2 rolls per serve:Yes, you saw right, Chicken Avocado Goi Cuon. The only place that has this combination would be at your local sushi joint, so this would be a first, to find it in a Goi Cuon. Served with their own revamped Hoi Sin sauce and their own revamped chilli sauce.Taste:The taste of the lettuce, cucumber and vermicelli noodles was all too familiar. The taste of chicken and avocado was an interesting one. Dipped into their own revamped Hoi Sin sauce definitely sealed the deal.Pork Cracking Bao:Just like your normal traditional Bao that youd find but with a twist. BMBs own pork cracking Bao comes in a white fluffy Bao with green onions and cucumber with their own in-house sauce.Taste:It tastes just as good as it looks. Unfortunately, there was little pork crackling (which is a shame). Nonetheless, it still tastes quite good.Overall, a wonderful experience. Definitely will be coming back!

I had a chicken roll and I loved that they had a choice. I chose the lemon grass chicken. I cant wait to go back. The customer service is top notch. I wish they were open until later.
