Went for a friends birthday dinner, food was average – not the best or worst. Service wasnt too bad, waitress was patient with our crowd & polite.
Dinner was ok, I ordered the lobster and prawn pasta, it was over cooked, the salad was heavily dressed so soggy. The service was overly solicitous as we were asked in ten minutes how we were by 3 waiters but better than being ignored. For me the restaurant doesn’t need a tv maybe better ambiance with music. For $$$ it’s just ok
Food was ok, too many chips on the seafood platter and I got charged $7 for purified tap water which really I was disappointed .Other then that everything else was ok.
regular customer here, since its only around the corner from where i live.always go there to dine with my husband or take away. great place, great food, great services.always leave with a very full tummy! love this place.
Brought the family here for their Tuesday night all you can eat special, which is about $16 per person. Firstly service here is outstanding, waitors are friendly and very attentive. They respond almost immediately after being called and dont make you wait a long time after being asked for something. The kitchen is also very efficient, constantly and quickly bringing out our food. The only downside to this all you can eat special is the fact that you can’t choose what to eat. They kitchen decides for you and you’re limited to eating what the waitors bring you rather than what you would prefer. This wasn’t a big issue for us however there was a pizza and a pasta from the variety they brought us i did not like at all (since i dont eat mushrooms) and i couldnt enjoy that or something else as they do not being you more food until you’ve finished what you’ve got first. A more efficient way of running this special would be to allow customer to select what they want from a list of available varities. We also ordered a few cocktails, which were quite nice however a little strong for my liking. Will be back again in future, probably not for the all you can eat but definitely for their other menu options.
Despite some of the bad reviews of this restaurant I had a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself is spacious and has a nice atmosphere. The waiters are also very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the fettuccine polo for main and really enjoyed it. Others ordered the spaghetti marinara and really enjoyed it also. Overall a pleasant dining experience with great food.
Cucina is a pretty popular Italian Restaurant in Liverpool. The shop is quite spacious and looks very new. The staff know a lot about the menu and all polite. Not the best tasting Italian food but it’s pretty good for the west.
