  If there is any rating less than 1, I will give that.I have quite horrible experience with them today. Since I live very close to it, I often come to it for waffles (at least once per week). the shop is running by a couple of young koreans with limited english. Today I ordered the original waffle and chose to eat in as it rains outside. the waitress asked me if I wanted anyesle, I kindly refused. Everyone has a taste. Mine happens to be very light. That’s why I don’t liket their excessive amount chocolate or sirups. Every time I order the original waffle, it comes icing sugar and several drops of chocolate sirup. This time is none. There was no customer in the shop (contrast with the weekend peak customer flow). They couldn’t possibly be too busy to forget, I think. So I asked them why it looked different. A girl with korean accent comes out and claimed is her shop saying she can choose to give me the decoration or not. The other one brought the plate back and added it for me. This so called shop owner was very rude indeed. She kept on saying it’s her shop and she can do whatever. I said this is Australia and there are certain ways how a certain level of customer service/ standard should be followed. Yet she refused to apologize but kept on bragging about 10+ hospitality experience. She’s definitely in her 20s. How come 10+ hospitality experience??? Didn’t go to school at Korea? This shop was previously called waffle bant (also run by a bunch of koreans). You can have a read of their reviews, apparently poor customer service is a long time story.I won’t recommend anyone eat or drink there. Raw food material is everywhere on the greasy floor. Pre-made waffles.

  A bit disappointing.Eileen Espresso Bar and Dessert is a small cafe located in Liverpool Westfields with very minimal seating available inside and outside the cafe.We came after doing some shopping hoping to satisfy the sweet tooth. The menu for desserts were limited but assuming they specialize in waffles as half the menu was dedicated to building your own waffles and there was a display of them in the front window.We built our own waffles with blueberries, ice cream, with Matcha sauce. To drink, we ordered a Blueberry and Strawberry Smoothie and a Matcha frappe.It didn’t take long for the food to arrive but when it did, I was not impressed with presentation of the dessert. It did not look appetising. The waffle was warm and crispy on the outside and a bit doughy inside. The Matcha sauce was nice but it was a bit thick. The blueberries were fresh but I would have preferred a little more. The vanilla ice cream was pre-scooped as it had icy bits inside, not very nice at all. Not sure why she would need to do this as the cafe was not busy.The Blueberry and Strawberry Smoothie was pleasantly nice, a little sweet for my liking but I did like the flavours. It would have been nice if she added a fresh strawberry on the glass for presentation. The Matcha frappe was not icy, tasted like a milkshake and I could barely taste the Matcha. Definitely would have preferred more Matcha as it looked almost white in colour.Verdict: Cozy cafe. The Blueberry and Strawberry Smoothie was nice. Maybe they should consider scooping the ice cream when required. Unfortunately, I won’t be back to try the rest of the menu.
