(2.5/5) It is beyond me why this place has a rating of 4.5/5 when its standards clearly do NOT reflect that. At most, its a very average cafe with average service and average food. For a chicken schnitzel & chips, youre better off going to Js Kitchen; tastier & you get more than your moneys worth. The service between these two places doesnt differ much either, except Js Kitchen doesnt try to disguise the fact it offers subpar service and instead overcomes the issue with fabulous food.I wouldve preferred it if the service at Vine & Grind included being able to order from your table (like most decent cafes out there allow you to do). Here, you order at the counter and water comes in paper cups… makes the place feel cheap and like a fast-food restaurant. Definitely will not be returning.
Vine & Grind is located in the heart of Westfield Liverpool is a must visit for deliciously good food! The Aa bowl was refreshing, packed with berries and assorted fruits, crunch of muesli and well balanced flavours, so moorish got me scooping for more. The smashed avo on sourdough with salmon and poached eggs tasted as good as it looks, a great savoury option. Chuffed to have a top notch cafe at my local. Only improvement would be to have a more customer centric and attentive approach for wait staff/servers. Service and atmosphere is a little hustle and bustle.

Very nice local cafe, I come here quite often as they do change the menu a lot I feel. Ive never actually been disappointed with any of the savoury dishes Ive ordered but Ive yet to try the dessert. Flavours arent simple or standard which I like!
