One of the More pricier sushi outlets in Liverpool Westfield but the extra money is worth it for the quality. The sushi is fresh and delicious and the variety they sell is a bit different from regular outlets.
The only place my partner and I buy sushi from. He always gets the chicken teriyaki rolls and I always get the grilled salmon because of the special sweet sauce the owner puts on it. My in-laws buy it too and it’s all they ever buy plus a side of salad. My daughter doesn’t eat sushi anywhere else we go unless it’s from Wasabi Warrior. It’s the sauce on the grilled salmon that she loves! Its popular so I always get two trays, or if he’s out, I get the chicken teriyaki and rice bowls! They are the best and packed with so much flavour. The owner is very kind and looks after his customers well. We’re regulars there and I think the price for his menu is worth it. If he was upstairs he’d be sold it before closing time.
Lovely owner and amazing flavours. One of my favourite spots out west. Flavours are very different from the average sushi places. Wish it were a restaurant rather than a westfields… Wish it were open later
Tried the curry – i thought it is the safest option. Not japanese curry at all its more like a thai version which i have never expected here. More than that is that it doesnt taste very curry. It is just spicy. Not that i cant eat spicy, but it is purely spicy without other taste. Sushi is fresh but overpriced and not authentic sushi.
I got some sushi rolls for lunch & found that they’re on he pricey side compared to the other sushi outlets in Liverpool. They do offer organic food like chicken so i guess that’s how they justify their price. My 2 rolls seemed fresh & were tasty. Clean looking place which is a plus.
Came in for breakfast had a row of prawn nigiris and miso soup. It was great fresh and tasty. Good to see sushi place open early in the morning goodtasteguide.blogspot.com
My impression: This place seems a lot more expensive than other sushi places. They have a nice seating area and the food seems fresh but considering the competition it isn’t a place I would go to regularly. Other sushi places are cheaper and also matched in freshness in my opinion. I would go here if I was meeting someone for business (only if sushi is their thing).
