What a disaster from beginning to end as I ordered a simple large black coffee and BLT which they honestly struggled to undertake. I received the incorrect coffee and sent it back and the BLT was served cold and was an an absolute mess as the fillings fell out as it was oozing excessive mayonnaise. I did not complete the meal and walked out hungry and my recommendation is to consider dining at competing cafes/restaurants in the Macquarie Centre prior to dining here.
I like the proposal of this place, their menu is very unique, they have a really good mixture of flavours and different types of kitchen. Breakfast are outstanding. The presentation of the dishes is pretty impressive. It’s a place that worth try more than once.
Bright and nicely decorated, the cafe look quite inviting from the outside. The menu was also quite extensive. I got a table inside at the back facing where the food comes out from the kitchen. Service was a little sub par, I ordered the grilled lamb salad and asked for some water. The water never came, and had to ask another waitress again for water. Then there was no sign of the salad. I can see there were a lot of joking around in the kitchen, but no food was actually came out of the kitchen for at least 30mins since I sat down. Finally my salad came (at the same time as the table who ordered their meals ahead of me). The lamb pieces itself was nice, but all of the components were just placed on the plate with the yogurt sauce on the side, it was not a nice eat together and seriously need to be tossed through a light dressing. Won’t return again.
