Always a good place to go to satisfy your chocolate cravings and sweet tooth. Would definitely say they are a little more generous with the chocolate servings here compared to other Max Brenner locations. Also has quick service and friendly staff 🙂
Went for a really late dessert hang at Max Brenner around 9.50pm. We managed to get a table, but the place was semi busy for a Monday night. We ordered 2x strawberry dip, the chocolate souffl and the tutti frutti waffles. The strawberry dip is a good choice for a plain but satisfying dessert (safe option). The souffl was rich and really good, would definitely recommend this. I found my waffle very dense and doughy so the waffle itself wasnt the best. The rest of the chocolate and strawberry and banana was good though.
[3.5/5] Ordered: New York Iced Coffee ($8.50) – Probably one of the best iced coffees Ive had from a cafe. However, $8.50 is a ridiculous and expensive price. The drink can actually be shared between 2 people but its an expensive drink even if it does taste very good. janicexrose.wordpress.com
Ordered Iced Latte, Mini Max Sundae and Choc Nut Brownie. Was told we had to wait 25 minutes. No further explanation given. You can figure out why the rating is 2 from there.Worst Iced Latte ever!!!Used to think they had a pretty good working formula but I guess any good idea can be wrecked by bad staff.
Can I live here?? My favourite place for dessert, seating is a big fail especially when its busy because theres practically nothing available, as well when your orders ready but your standing up waiting for someone to leave but the chocolate always makes you forget all the worries and problems…..
