Had a horrible time trying to finish the spicy kalguksu. The noodles were undercooked (hard and floury) and the soup just tasted like any other instant noodle seasoning.
Had spicy tofu soup with seafood. Soup was good, reasonable amount of seafood. I just dont like their sides..they didnt even serve kimchi as their side..instead they served pickled cabbage and onion and macaroni as their sides, both were not good. Staff was friendly and service was quick.
It’s average in taste. Price is fairly decent. However, in terms of comparing it to other Korean places or other cheaper places it’s not very good. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
The food tastes like home and it tastes like an angry Korean mum prepared it. I would recommend this place for a quick Korean fix. I really enjoy going to this place
I ordered the salmon bibimbap and it comes with soup and pepper sauce. Good price for the size and they call out your number when the food is ready but they don’t clean out the tables in a hurry.
Queto is a great place to go when you are hungry and on a budget. On the top level of Macquarie centre, close to event cinemas sits this smallish Korean place with simple food. Orders are taken at the till and just wait for your number to be called. Queto depends on a few styles of dishes such at hot pot or bibimbap with variations on protein. The bibimbap servings are very generous at $12 -$14 and I couldn’t complain about the taste. Was a bit disappointed my friend egg was a tad dry but good overall. Would go back
The ingredients are cheap ie beef and seafood. Most of the ingredients have the taste of frozen rather than fresh. The merely service was almost nothing.
