I came here for real Ramen, and its very disappointing experience. The ramen is like cooked by cheap instant noodles. It did now taste like ramen at all…… I wont be coming back.
If I can give zero stars, I would. This place does not serve authentic Japanese ramen, let alone Japanese food. The ramen broth tasted more like a diluted vegetable soup and noodles were like instant noodles. I ordered the wagyu ramen which was listed as a popular dish on the menu and the pathetic ‘wagyu’ was very likely cheap packaged beef for Chinese hotspot bought from Asian grocery store. And we had karaage chicken that was red inside. Unfortunately we could not get a refund because they made us pay right after we ordered. I guess they know their food is so bad that they are expecting customers to argue for a refund, hence they collect payment first. Such a disgrace to be called Tokyo ramen when you can’t make a decent bowl of ramen.
Will give 0 if I can, I ordered one ramen and one serve of jioza, I paid for my lunch and started waiting.I waited so long(ordered at 11.55 AM, when i leave it is 1:26 PM) and my lunch was not served, when i decide to leave, the waiters are ignoring me and mother fking pretending that I do not exist!I did not get my payment back and i did not had my meal, in the past I got hairs in my soup, I got iron wires in my soup, and the soup tastes funny(salty as hell or the opposite)I will complain about this in food safety NSW as well.If you went there, welcome to suffer!
Very decent food in comparison to its price. Extremely casual environment to eat, been there a couple of times, I think it’s worth going again. Love Japanese food, and this place is very basic and modernised in terms of their interior design.
I tried the Chilli beef ramen a few times. It is ok(maybe because I am a big fan of Japanese food). The restaurant is at a good location, opposite to Woolworth. And it looks very popular regardless the score is so low.
Worst place for ramen! It was basically two min noodles in chilli water with strips of canned beef. Save yourselves from a disappointment!!!
