  Beautiful! From the moment we walked in we were looked after. Couldn’t fault the staff, they were very attentive.Food was fantastic! Very fresh and made by hand. Was quite busy on the night we went but it wasn’t noisy at all.It is pricey so not somewhere we would go every week but definitely looking forward to going back.

  We shared several small plates and entrees. The food was all served together, which we liked. Everything was tasty and presented well. The service was fantastic. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. The food is pricey, so not somewhere I’d go back to all the time.

  Perfect!. We stopped in Maitland on our holiday @ Port Stephens – literally we found this place by chance. We had an exquisite lunch & could not find fault! Beautiful food & lovely atmosphere. Thanks so much Dan!

  My partner and myself are regular diners at Fratelli Roma. My first encounter was Valentines Day this year where I ordered a pumpkin and feta ravioli as my entree, a scotch fillet with ceaser salad and chat potatoes for my main, and a tirimisu for dessert. My first impression was amazing! The food was cooked to perfection. It tasted amazing. The waiter (Nathan), could not do enough for us. He was always making sure we didn’t need another drink when we had finished our previous one, made sure our meals were okay once we had finished eating. Working in a call center, customer service means a lot to me, and I praise the owners and Nathan on their amazing customer service. Of all the restaurants in the Hunter Valley I would chose this over anywhere else. I have only once had an issue with the meal I ordered, and my partner and myself advised the owners of our issue. The owners of Fratelli Roma valued our constructive feedback. Decor, food, customer service, all 100%!

  Four friends on Friday. We came to this lovely restaurant for the first time on Friday. We ladies started with mojitos, and mine was kindly modified to a raspberry mojito, my favourite. The wait staff were very pleasant, made sure we were comfortable as I am disabled, and were very attentive. Our food choices were delicious although my choice of entree, the gazpacho salsa disappointed as I thought I was getting the cold soup. That was my fault. All meals were brought in a timely fashion, and we all had a most enjoyable evening. We will be back, the sign of a fine night out.
