Food was quite okay but the extra topping for the steak which I got (garlic prawns) there was only 3 prawns in it and it cost $8 more on top of the meal way too much for 3 prawns in the garlic sauce & the excuse I was given was that they had to order them in because they were so far away from the coast (ha ha ha what a load of hogwash), maybe they are ordering them from the wrong person/supplier!
Food didn’t seem too bad when we ate here, however afterward I felt quite ill and this persisted for an entire week. Outback Jacks has really dropped the ball across all outlets it seems, which is a shame because the chain has a lot of potential. More attention to detail and indeed cleanliness is needed.
