Fire & Ice Grill & Bar is a meat heaven. It is famous for their dry-aged beef. You can pick out your meat from the special glass-fronted dry-aged fridge locker. Service is friendly and the portion size is very generous. If you are hungry or is a serious meat-lover, do try the amazing gigantic tomahawk steak!A great oceanfront steakhouse with a touch of theatre and plenty of style. 3/5 Christmas Lunch experience.Place: Beautiful ocean view, located on North Steyne manly ( 1st floor ).Been told by waiter this place recently around 1 month ago.Service:Came just before 2 pm on Christmas Day, it was busy and waited around 15-20 before we had table, which is not bad at all.What I can see, this place under staffs for busy lunch service, lack of customer service that lead to up sell.Since it is a public holiday, 10% surcharge is also added to total bill, which is common practice in food industry. Im not complaining here, I do understand some people have to sacrificing their Christmas to served hungry patron! Salute to them!Today, they do running lunch menu that is slightly different and more simple with dinner menu.Anyway, we wanted to have mixed grilled and ox tail, but been told its only served only on dinner menu, and we pointed on 1 kg pork ribs for Tuesday promotion for $38 and waiter not sure about it and checked, come back told us that its only running for dinner. On the sign didnt specifically said ribs night, only stated Tuesday Special! Or maybe just because today is public holiday, they dont want to serve this promotion.Anyway confusing advertisement!Food : pork of ribs was succulent, finger licking good off the bones yummy meat!To Me personally, ribs basting ( trade mark on South African restaurant, apart from boerewors, off course) is way too sweet, and since it is so busy ribs doesnt have much of caramelization charred grill mark on the surface.Melon and Parma Ham salad was delicious, They only concern to me that still have rind on the slices of ham, which is less enjoyable of course.One less perfect busy public holiday lunch doesnt justified the overall service when they do have full team on board. Maybe just happened today on our table.

They also have the age beef locker for serving the ultimate steak Besides a good food, you can combine your meal with their fantastic wine or cocktails selections. I came here and tried their ribs, seafood and the age steak!! totally fell in love with them!
