Found this small cafe tucked away across from Manly beach, came here for breakfast with family and ordered the Bacon & Eggs Roll ($8.50), The Breakfast Melt ($10) and Poached Eggs and Avocado ($13). For drinks, ordered the Thai Milk Tea ($5.50), Cappuccino ($5) and Soursop drink ($6.50).The Food:I really liked the Breakfast Melt (had bacon and eggs with aioli, tomato sauce and grilled cheese). The favour was very tasty (the bacon was not too salty, the toast was crunchy and the cheese was not too overpowering and did not make the toast soggy). The only problem was that it was very oily because of the amount of melted cheese on top (just from picking it up, there were traces of oil on the plate and it would be dripping down my hands). The Bacon & Eggs Roll was average, it had aioli sauce which made the eggs much more flavourful but the portion was quite small and there was nothing special (just bacon and eggs). The poached eggs with avocado was simple but it had a lovely presentation. It was very tasty with the mixed flavour between the eggs and the avocado. It was even better that there was butter and bread. The Drinks:I was happy with my choice in ordering their Thai Milk Tea, you can definitely taste that it was authentic and it had a nice balance between the sweetness and the milk. The Soursop was interesting (but in a good way!), its very refreshing (definitely something I would recommend to try!). The Cappuccino was bland (nothing sugar couldnt fix) but it was smooth and easy to drink (wasnt strong in caffeine and had good amount of milk). Pricing:For the prices of the food, it was quite cheaper as the proportion (other than the proportion for the Bacon & Eggs Roll) was reasonably good. The Breakfast Melt and Eggs and Avocado made me full but not too much that it made me feeling bloated afterwards. The prices of drinks were quite average. I definitely recommend to try the Soursop Drink (especially those who want something unique and healthy – this fruit helps prevents eye diseases and is an anti-oxidant but the Thai milk tea is good as well. Ambiance and Service:The staff there are really friendly, really nice and open for casual conversations. The drinks came out really fast and the food didnt take too long either. The place is quite small and there was only another table so the atmosphere was very quiet. But because its near the beach and on the Main Street, its a relaxing place because you can enjoy your food while watching a lot of people walk by.
