Very good and fresh food. Too busy though, so better make the reservation. .
Have been to Waka several times and have enjoyed each visit! All the dishes are good with generous portions. Make sure you book as they are usually busy.
Only 1hr seating. Unless you can scoff your food within 45 mins, please forget about coming here. Even if you ring to book in advance, you are asked if you can finish within your meal within the hour. A bit off putting .
Fantastic Japanese restaurant in Manly. Top quality sashimi and beautiful presentation of food. Wonderful, friendly staff and not too expensive. Great place, would highly recommend. Just book early as gets busy!
DELICIOUS Japanese. So fresh, so delicious. Always a happy customer. Their sushi is better than anyone and I love their grilled teriyaki salmon. They also do great Bento boxes with Miso soup, just tastes better and fresher than anywhere else. 🙂 YUM!

Above average Japanese. Been here a few times. Food is very nice and service friendly but its just way too loud. You have to shout across the table to be heard. Get some carpet and tablecloths and hang some sound absorbers on the walls. Aside from the noise there’s a lot of average Japanese restaurants these days but Waka is a cut above.
