Love this little neighbourhood Japanese sushi/izakaya on Pittwater Road. The staff are really friendly and charming which certainly adds to the ambience of this place. Ordered prawn gyoza, edamame, in/out rolls – vegetarian, prawn and cooked tuna. All amazingly fresh, generous portions and very good value. Also shared a prawn and squid kakiage which looked like a birds nest! Crunchy! A great place for takeaway too but be sure to order ahead as it may take a few minutes to prepare!
What a find. A little up the road from the Manly corso hustle and bustle is the most vast and delicious fresh Japanese menu. The bento boxes even cater for vegetarians and everything tastes so fresh. We took away fro a floor picnic on a Sunday, but looking forward to dining in.
Being a sushi lover, i can be quite fussy with this type of food. Sushi quality and menu variety is remarkable. Only negatives would be the price and that it doesn’t offer BYO beer.
