On a rainy afternoon in Manly we went to Hotel Steyne because we found on google that there was a woodfire. There was only one there and the spot next to it was occupied. Also the hotel was pretty horrible, totally not our thing. We saw a sign for the Glasshouse and had a look upstairs. it was pretty quiet, but it looks very lovely! The interior is bright and there are lots of plants. It’s got a similar feel as the Coogee Pavilion. I had a gin&tonic, which they seem to specialise in with lots of choices of gins and botanicals. There was no table service, so we had to go up to the bar to order and take our own drinks (even though it was very quiet).
