Worst service, worst toasted cheese sandwich and worst cooffe ive ever had. A couple of weeks ago i asked for a small mocha and after re-checking with me 5 times (by repeating it back to me – TWO different people working there) they ended up giving me a JUMBO coffee which was so bitter that i ended up asking the waitress for some sugar (which she was TOTALLY annoyed with) then the lid collapsed and i dropped all the coffee into my lap. The toasted cheese sandwich was NOT TOASTED AT ALL and the cheese was dripping from the sides (WAY TOO MUCH CHEESE). Worst experience in a cafe ive ever had in my life. Not worth even $2, let alone the $15 they charged me. Useless.
Compared to other cafes nearby, the coffee here is pretty average. The froth isnt upto the mark. I know that a barista job can be very tiring but please try greeting your customer with a smile. I live nearby and would love to see you guys improve.
Sometimes I wonder if a trained chef is doing the cooking. Some of the meals are done rather strangely. I brought a calamari dish once and the calamaris were very small, I brought the crispy skin salmon and I swear the potatoes looked microwaved, and the beans looked bad. One dish which was a special looked nothing like the picture on the menu and tasted just as bad. Some things are done well but I think some of the chefs may need to be retrained.
