Ate here the morning after I ran the Sydney half marathon and whilst it doesn’t look like much, the French toast was actually tasty which I think was due to the choice of using sourdough that was not heavily soaked in egg mixture. Not amazing but I can’t really complain and the coffee was quite good too.
Nice flavoured latte and espresso from dude barista, made a lovely heart on my latte. Milk texture was perfect and coffee was extracted well without any strong bitterness
Great coffee, food was average but that May of been my bad choice from the menu. Would go again but would maybe stick to coffee and a cake next time!
Nice coffee and friendly service. The coffee always been good there and babycino is free. The shop open late compare other cafs in Marrickville area. Very friendly service and you always fee welcome and been noticed as soon as you came in. Typical good caf style food, Highly recommended.
Under new management … Great coffee, friendly head Barista, good food.. A few weeks ago, my girl friend’s parents invited me to join them for breakfast/brunch at FreePour Marrickville. This Cafe is now under new management since June 2013 and they changed their coffee beans to Pablo & Rusty’s. Consistently good coffee, good food, friendly head Barista and staff. The breakfast/brunch were very good and beyond our expectation. Since then, I have been getting my morning coffee from FreePour Marrickville before going to work. This shop is now our company’s major meeting place and we also have team lunches in FreePour Espresso. We are very happy with the Pablo & Rusty’s brand coffee, good food and good service consistently. Their catering sandwiches are great too! Highly recommended!
