We had:* Bun Bo hue – I tried my friend’s soup and it was full of flavour and quite spicy, the way it should be* Pho – I asked for pho tai Bo Vien sach. But I didn’t get the meatballs. And the slices of beef were overcooked and stuck together. Otherwise the soup base was delicious and hearty
