The Merivale takeover doesn’t seem to have affected the old decor, funky crowd, and good music (live or otherwise). It may have increased the prices, though. Happy hour’s good with all beers $5 but, when it ends, some of the prices nearly double. The food’s pretty good pub food but even the cheapest sausage in a roll is $12.
