Always looking for quality coffee people when I travel and certainly hit the mark here. Danny was very friendly and pulled a really nice Ethiopian shot from Stitch Roasters. Only place to get great coffee in this part of Sydney. Highly recommended.
Hands down the friendliest and most welcoming cafe in Sydney! We’ve been to our fair share of cafes here and there but we always make time to visit Coward Corner. Greeting us with a warm smile each time we visit, Danny and Alex know us by name, know our order, and never fail to make us laugh. It’s more than just the wonderful food, it’s the beautiful experience of being with ‘family’. We love you guys.- F & M (your FaM)
Great little cafe , owners are so friendly and work both in the kitchen and at the coffeeMachine! Menu is fresh and enjoyable – loveThe avacado toast with homemade pickles , good coffee aswell!
Coward Corner is literally newest kid on the block – if you discount the thousands of neighbouring new apartments in the surrounding area. Reigniting the space from former cafe Halcyon, Coward Corner have a new, bright energy and easily standout from other offerings in the area.Looking beyond their jam-packed sweets cabinet with contents that are made in house, the menu is a clear take on quality, fresh ingredients. their omelette is an obvious version of a vietnamese banh xeo and far beyond any kind of disappointment. You don’t quite get the same crispiness, but thin egg folds over a soft mix of carrot, cucumber, onion and a sweet, soy-like dressing. Get it with avocado and it’s more than a meal.Their roasted cauliflower salad is great for lunch with some great textural elements. There’s crunch pea sprouts, delightful pops from pomegranate, and crunch from buckwheat. The tahini dressing is garlicky and delicious, with a ratio I seemingly can’t replicate at home.Great filter. A decent pick for Mascot. Grab a table outside to make the most of the sun. crumbs-au.com
