I always find it hard to find good food options at the airport. The international terminal though has some pretty ok a la cart options. The beef with noodles at this place is fresh, well cooked and pretty damn good.
I would try and give 0 stars if possible as the customer experience was truly appalling.I wanted to order Hainan Chicken Rice but it was not available until 9am which was fair enough. I ordered a fried rice with chicken and was advised there was a 15min wait. I waited closer to half an hour in which the food wasn’t ready. I asked staff and turns out they haven’t even started cooking it! I was asked to wait 5min more and at that rate I was already far too hungry to wait.My advice to the restaurant is to firstly manage customer expectations properly, and better yet – ensure that their all day dinner menu is actually available during their trading hours.
