Been here so many times over the years and it’s always such a mixed review. Service is good, coffee is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good but not amazing and it’s usually something small that let’s it down. Raw onions with a slightly overcooked omelette just isn’t enjoyable at all. Hotcakes are definitely the best thing we’ve had there, maybe the best we’ve had anywhere. I’ll keep going back though, for many reasons: the coffee and friendly service, to support a local family business, and because I do admit to having high expectations when I eat out.

Coffee good.Food is nice and served very quickly.Book a table for peak periods.Can be a bit noisy – perhaps the alfresco dining would be better.
The grilled chicken open melt here is amazing!!!!!! Chicken, avocado, tomato, aioli and cheese works together to make a great tasting meal. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who comes. They have a half size and full size servings to cater to different people’s hunger. Vostro’s a great local cafe! **update** Now they serve dinner and the dinner is even better than the day time food. So tasty, so fresh!!
