The staff here are very prompt and friendly, really cool laid back vibes with a delightful twist of elegance. And the food is to die for, absolutely amazing food. Will make this our regular place.

Decisions, Decisions – Table 1 Espresso has quite an extensive menu, with an all day breakfast and a lunch menu as well as another special menu to also choose from. We had reserved a table here for our group of 9 that was dining, so we had no issue in obtaining a table, however the place was full so I’m not sure what the wait time would be if you didn’t book. Drink orders were taken first – with the likes of a Nutella, Caramel Popcorn and Mint Slice shake all being ordered. These not only looked the part but tasted exactly as described. Waffles and pancakes of various flavour varieties were ordered including Kit Kat and Malteser. It was noted that the pancakes were made with a cinnamon mix which unfortunately wasn’t appealing to all the young guests at the table. The savoury brunch dishes ordered were all enjoyed even if they weren’t finished due to the large serving size. A bit of a wait between ordering drinks and mains and also for the drinks to arrive but it was a full house. Service was very friendly.Suitable for Kids – Yes, smaller kids serves are available and I’m sure the shakes would all be very tempting for them. Whilst it was enjoyable, it really doesn’t have much ambience, situated on the main road with a car wash next door and limited parking.
It was way too early in the morning to be making such important life decisions like this. Normally I’m a green tea with breakfast kind of girl but this morning I cried blasphemy, this morning was the exception. I sat there in utter despair knowing I could only pick one – Cherry Ripe, Bounty, Oreo, Mocha, Nutella back to Mocha, toing and froing back and forth, unable to chose only one of the mouth watering smoothies on the list. I could see a table of four inside clinking their smoothie glasses together with massive smiles on their faces and that’s when I locked eyes with what looked like the Bounty smoothie and just like that my decision was made! The first sip was like drinking liquid gold, it was pure coconut chocolate heaven.
I thought it was odd that this popular cafe was right next door to a car wash in the middle of nowhere, although there was no surprise that there was a queue forming near the front, luckily I had booked a table earlier. At first we were surprised that the menu was mainly savoury items without a single pancake or waffle in sight, but when TimmyC went to order and pay at the counter, he spotted waffles on the specials board and his first choice was quickly replaced. I didn’t take a photo of the menu (because I didn’t think I was going to blog about it) and TimmyC has a terrible memory for details so the descriptions and prices are based from my memory.
