Lord Nelson’s is slightly pricier than your average pub lunch but portions were huge and the food got the thumbs up from my colleagues. My beef brisket on Turkish toast was packed with flavourful, juicy brisket. Despite it’s size, I managed to finish it; so glad I swapped out the chips for salad, else I would’ve ended up napping at my desk. The steak, sausages and fish & chips were also well received. Service is super efficient and we were impressed that our food all arrived at the same time (table of 15).

The menu is a little traditional English pub food but with gourmet specialities like cicadas sardine with clams, octopus and mussels yum. Chilling crab pasta also pie with mash so something for everyone’s taste and mood.
