Visited this place for the first time. And being in Sydney and visiting an indian restaurant means you are going to eat what you missing in india. But literally the quantity and taste of food is not even matching the taste of an indian food. We ordered palak paneer, chicken tikka masala, nihari gohst with some breads. The taste of palak panner was not even similar to what we usually eat. Only thing to make out it is palak paneer was coz of the colour and paneer.where as non veg was liked boiled pieces of chicken with no taste in gravy. Also ordered mango lassi which was tasting sour which supposed to be a sweet mango lassi.Really disappointed.
First time eating here and I have to say I’m impressed. The food is very flavourful and fragrant, as all Indian food should be. The veg samosas were nice, the pastry crust thin and crisp, and not too oily like other samosas I’ve had in the past. The chicken biryani has a nice kick to it and is very fragrant. The mango lassi is a must, it cools down the spice of the food and is delicious! The only issue is the staff were a little over attentive and wanted to take our plates away ASAP as we were just finishing the food.Value 3.5/5Service 4/5Ambience 4/5Food 4.5/5
Grace of India is a family run business in Milsons Point that has been providing the community with quality North Indian cusine for 24 years. The service is friendly and welcoming with many of their diners return guests, some who have been returning since they opened 24 years ago. Grace of India has indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant decorated to theme with Indian inspired artwork. They run a seasonal menu using fresh ingredients. To start one of our favourite parts of indian dining, the Papadams and a range of condiments including pickles, chutney and raitaSweet chilli mushrooms a tasty vegetarian option. The chicken malai tikka was delicious a nice spice and very succulent. We shared the lamb saagwala and the butter chicken. Both curries were on point, the meat tender and sauce full of flavour. Naan a must, the garlic naan was perfect for soaking up the curry sauce. We also tried some cool desserts both very photogenic and a good counter to the spices of the curries. The gulab jamun, sweet condensed milk and pistachio dumplings served in rose syrup. We also had my go to indian dessert, the mango kulfi. Like a mango weiss bar, the Grace of India version looked pretty on the playe and bonus it was loaded with chocolate honey comb and coconut.A quality Indian on the north side of the bridge. Any restaurant in business for 24 years has to be doing it right, Grace of India has the right recepie of Quality food and good service. aroundtheclockfoodie.com
Such a wonderful place for a good Indian meal. The menu had some different dishes than any other restaurant I have been to. The flavours in each dish were superb. The service was friendly and very accommodating. Honestly each plate I got to experience was better than the next. Highly, highly, highly recommended !!
We had a lovely evening with excellent food and attentive service. What I liked was the complexity of flavours and use of quality ingredients. Highly recommended.
Extremely Bad experience, I had invited a guest and asked for vegetarian dish …Paneer Tikka Masala however with paneer chicken was served as well…in the same dish and when we told the person serving us she dint even bother to apologize ….and when asked them to fix it they were not willing to do it. Unacceptable
Hands down the best Indian in Sydney. This place does fantastic authentic indian food both in house and delivered. I have had almost everything on the menu at some stage and it has always been fantastic. An absolute must
