We came for breakfast on a weekday. Booking was very easy through Dimmi but probably not necessary as they would be able to accommodate us easily. Seating is outdoors but with shielding and heaters which is lovely by the water despite the cold weather. The ripples breakfast was very generous in portion size and definitely would feed two. The hashbrowns were the highlight, crunchy and also moist. Other items in the dish were average. If you’re after something a little more unique, I’d recommend the honey ricotta toast. The fluffy ricotta was great contrast to the crunchy toast and although I was unsure about the idea of having caramelised pineapple with the dish, it was really delicious. Highly recommended.
I had a dozen of Sydney rock oysters which were delicious. The Sirloin 250g steak was just as I asked, medium rare and the quality of the meat was just insane. This is one of my favourite diner spot in Sydney, you can have a really nice diner with a beautiful view on the harbour bridge.
