A decent Thai food experience in a massive shopping centre. Food ordered:Green curry with seafood and BBQ pork with dry noodles. The curry was great. Excellent mix of seafood and that creamy coconut broth you look for in a Thai curry. The BBQ pork was just ok. The meat and the noodles were a little too dry. It also had an overdose o fish sauce. Ambience:High ceilings and designer lighting make for a photo worthy experience. The service was very friendly but a bit slow considering the place was mostly empty at 130pm. Will likely venture to one of the many other choices at this Westfield when I’m next looking for meal here.

Great service, very nice staff & great customer service. Food came out very fast, but they did give mains about 10 mins apart.. always annoying. Chicken pad thai was beautiful but not very hot. Would recommend

Awesome food, and super quick service. It wasn’t plan to have late lunch here, because just had sort of brunch before hand.Lunch special Portion was perfect, not too small and was decent for the price.Chicken Pad See Ew was Delish, and not too sweet.Chicken was tender is an extra point for this this.Tom Yum fried Rice was presented nicely, with mussels as garnished.Prawns. squid, and chunks of cut salmon was on this dish too, so I can’t complaint.Bangkok style Lemon Grass Pork Chop is the dish you need to try. This dish is so addictive, Pork is so tender and burst of flavour, on top of that sunny side egg and fragrant jasmine rice is served accompanied the pork, making this dish is the one that I come back and order for next visit.

Returned after two previous average meals. Sat night it was packed and was extremely noisy. No drinks order taken until we chased a waiter. The waiter though was very knowledgable and organised. But other staff delivered the wrong meals twice. One entree arrived a good 15 min before the others.I ordered the apple salad with barramundi and pork belly. Wow it packed a flavour punch! Crunchy apple shards with a spicy dressing, on top of barramundi strips and pork morsels. An unusual dish but I did enjoy it!We were a birthday group so brought along a cake. After waiting an age, the lights dimmed and the birthday song played. Out rolled the cake. We were actually surprised about the fanfare.A good night, just needs better service. A bit like eating in an Asian food hall. Not a place for a group night out. More suited for pre movie goers.

I love having lunch and dinner here, great customer service and nice food ! The lunch specials are really worth to try, authentic taste with reasonable price .

Came here for lunch after a day of shopping. Ordered from the lunch specials menu – beef massaman curry & braised beef curry soup. Both meals were super tasty and servings were quite generous. We had a proper look through the menu though and their regular dishes are quite pricey. We only ordered the lunch specials this time around – not sure if I’d be back with those kind of prices.

Disappointing and scary! My husband and I just returned from dinner at Charm Kitchen. We used to recommend this restaurant to our friends and family but those days are over. This is the second time that the food has been poor and tonight we found two prawn tails that had clearly been eaten and somehow ended up in our prawn pad Thai. Also there used to be a bit of green veg and carrot in the pad Thai and now it is just a bunch of noodles with brown sauce and the protein. The spring rolls that usually came with Iceberg lettuce, herbs and bamboo shoots to wrap up with but tonight the leaves were small and they weren’t sufficient to use as intended. The lamb cutlets were teeny tiny and fatty at $24.50!My husband had a beer and we brought some wine that I had a glass from and we were charged $3.00 each corkage.A surcharge of 2% on credit card payments is just another way to rip of customers. The grand total for 1 x Spring rolls, 1 x pad Thai, 1 x lamb cutlets and 1 x beer = $88.50!!! This should be illegal! We are really bummed because this restaurant opened when the new Westfield was unveiled and was our local Thai, originally creative and delicious. It seems that there maybe new owners who have come in to trim the fat on the quality of food without regard to the customer who is paying their bills.Sadly we have lost another one of our favourites and will not be returning.
