Terrible service. I ordered a soy latte, waited 39 minutes. The rest of my table joined me, ordered, received their coffee 20 minutes later. Mine finally arrived in cup when I’d asked for takeaway. I told them I didn’t mind, I wasn’t going to wait any longer. They snatched it up and threw it into a take away cup. Took a sip and it wasn’t soy milk!!!! How hard is it?

Kazu is a great little cafe in the middle of Miranda, lots of open spaced seating, cabinet full of tempting bakery items and an all day breakfast menu! Their pancakes are delicious, go for the strawberry and banana combo with added ricotta (extra cost) – a perfect mix! Coffee was great too.

Bustling cafe inside Westfield in an open space. Coffee is good. A large menu, very good array of cakes and pastries for that mid afternoon break after a good shop. The tandoori chicken wrap was decent w a generous serving of french fries, the avocado bacon n tomato salsa bruschetta however was disappointing. Poached egg tasted slightly of vinegar, the tomato salsa was lacking freshness and was a bit too soft. The iced mocha was too sweet, and tasted more of chocolate syrup mixed with milk and cheap vanilla icecream.

Been here a couple times and the service is very poor. Waitresses unfriendly and didn’t seem to understand my simple request for a couple of spoons for our iced coffees. Practically have to beg to get served. We ordered ice coffees and they came out luke warm. Ordered a brownie with it and it tasted more like fruit cake. Not cheap either. I miss the Lindt cafe that used to be here.

Always quality food (kazu chicken stack is hand down my favourite), great coffees, friendly and efficient service. Easily one of the best cafe’s in Miranda for such a busy location.

This was the 2nd time I’ve tried here and the staff they have waiting the tables need a serious lesson in customer service skills. Would it be so hard as to crack a smile? Maybe even talk to you to confirm your order instead of just swiping the menu from you and storming off with a bored look on your face? Then to get your order wrong?? Such a shame because the food is actually quite good but I wouldn’t go back. #disappointedagain

Staff incompetent, would forget what we ordered and come over and ask what it was. Food would take a long time to come out and they would still get it wrong. One time I had hair in my food, didn’t say anything because I was extremely disappointed and over it by that stage. Definitely don’t recommend at all. There are plenty of other cafes in Miranda Westfield that you should go instead. Would give them a 0 if I could.
