Entree sourdough bread 2 pieces , main pork belly with mash and veges i picked the Diane sauce which was a bad choice didnt compliment the pork. Pork was yummy nice tender and crackling superb. Friend had the barramundi and also mash n veges big portions and she had no complaints. We shared a chocolate walnut cake with ice cream this was good. Overall nice meal
Pretty good experience. I expected a tired pub but it was fresh and airy inside.I ordered the pork belly as one of my restaurant favs. I wasn’t disappointed but I wouldn’t rush back for the meal. Perhaps I would order a more balanced meal next time. It seemed a little too heavy. I should have ordered a side salad as well.
Found 2 hairs in pasta & glasses weren’t washed… very unhygienic, therefore I will not be returning in a hurry unless there is a change chef and/or management

I am very disappointed with the way the chefs in the bistro on Mother’s Day not only was the wait for food ridiculous but for children to wait over an hour for chips n chicken strips is appalling.I’m never going to go back there in a hurry or even consider spending another Mother’s Day there again. I was not the only customers complaining about the food and lack of service. Considering some of the food was coming out cold
A hidden gem in the Shire. We really like this place! It has really improved since it first opened (& maybe a change of chef). The staff are really good and the introduction of table service was the right choice. The food is on the expensive side but once you compare it with other pubs in the area you can see why; it puts them all too shame. The main chef seems to really know what he is doing and the food is truly really good! Recommended.
Dinner With Friends. Friendly staff, great quality/pricing in food, open to all ages…I reccomend a visit to Miranda Hotel Bistro for a great meal and a friendly shire vibe
