Not great. Been coming here for years but will struggle to return. Phoned order through for take away. Fish & chips. Husband picked up order. Opened parcels at home & realised order was incorrect. No chips. Called to advise of issue. Staff member was unhelpful. Staff told us they had cooked the order correctly and saw no problem. Our order was not taken down correctly. We definitely ordered chips with their special sauce. We love their special sauce on chips. It’s a local icon.Instead they gave us no chips and put the sauce on the potato cakes. Customer service & chips lacking.
