I am still dreaming of the pork I had here last year.The wine tasting was knowledgeable, while the restaurant service was exemplary with great attention to detail and just that little bit extra (such as bringing their own recommended way of serving their cider) to take it to the top.
Did the wine tasting at Morrison’s followed by lunch. The wines are OK – nothing outstanding but we did particularly enjoy the moscato style Pink Fronti – the 2015 vintage. We also liked the Barrel Aged Tawny and the Muscat. But for lunch we had a glass of their sparkling white and their Sav Blanc. We chose 4 of the small plate dishes to share for lunch. There were some very interesting combinations. We loved the fried cuttlefish in a blue corn taco, the BBQ Canadian scallops and the Wagyu beef chorizo. The smoked sweet potato was ok but not as tasty as the other dishes. The service was very efficient and friendly and the setting is very peaceful alongside gum trees with the Murray River just a short walk away. Special thanks to Bayley who provided great service for the wine tasting.

The girello entree was tasty and the pork belly was pretty popular. Lots of seating choices, both inside and out. Nice spot to visit.
Amazing food, friendly staff, changing menu using local produce. Whether your wanting the full foodie experience or just desert and wine , always welcoming!
