I don’t normally write such harsh reviews but in this case I feel like it is needed… I ordered a stack, off the menu, we added some extras to our meal which then they completely screwed up our order. It came out once with items missing and then 5 mins later they bring the same plate back with what we wanted but unfortunately the eggs were stone cold and everything was pretty darn average. Service needs to be worked on as there is a lack of engagement as well as leadership. I also would highly recommend them giving a good clean to the place as from an environmental point of view it is below average. Hopefully my next visit will be better but I’ll give it sometime.

Walked in at 2 asked if it was table service and she said yes it is, I said awesome we are really hungry food and a cocktail would be lovely, he reply was sorry today’s been quiet shut the kitchen early today. I looked at my friend with disappointment meant. And we went els where. For a business to run well you should stay open to be hours you advertise. Because this is a very bad look! Will I go back maybe not sure
i live locally and i have been here the last two weekends in a row and i will not be back. a sign at the register says ‘ if you are eating in, be seated and someone will take your order.’ don’t bother – i sat at a table for 20 minutes, completely ignored by the staff, watching take away orders being filled, before i gave up and went to order at the counter. ‘why are you ordering at the counter if you’re eating in?’ i was asked. because nobody came to take my order when i was seated?!! on my second visit i tried to order an extra large coffee but was told ‘you cant have that, eat in coffee and take away coffee dont come in the same sizes’ okay……the waitpersons ignore you – one in particular needs to lose the attitude – acts like shes doing you a favour by taking your order and your money. the food is average but the service is disgraceful. i wont be back.
