Whilst it doesn’t look like much at first, Ichiban sushi was surprisingly good! There was enough variety in dishes, portion sizes were reasonable and most importantly, the fish didn’t taste stale.My only gripes were that the wasabi wasn’t fresh (served in little sachets) and the udon noodles were chewy (tasting like long-life noodles from the supermarket)But all in all it was a good find tucked away in mona vale.
