Purchased the calamari pack for lunch today. Was $8.50 and included 6 crumbed calamari, small chips, tartare sauce and a lemon wedge! The chips and calamari were great, the calamari was cooked very well. Service was good, will definitely be coming back especially for lunch (they have cheap lunch deals)

Cheapy chinese fish n chips with a dreadful hamburgerYou can taste the stale oil in everything. All the normal plastic seafood options and as they don’t seem to have the volume of customers you get bleachy fish
For quick and easy fish, we love coming to Mortdale Seafood. The battered fish is always crisp and delicious.. never soggy, nor seems frozen. The crumbed calamari is bloody brill.
Its always busy here but its not my favourite fish and chip shop. Service is nice, quick and fast. Owner looks like a Chinese version of Jeffrey Rush as David Helfgott. Food is cheap and tasty but it batter isn’t very crispy here.
