This has quickly become my go-to sushi place! The ingredients they use are so fresh and you can definitely taste the difference. The large rolls are actually large and very reasonably priced. The service is great and the staff are very friendly! Highly recommend!

This place is one of the best sushi places in the St George area. Their ingredients are fresh and they portions were generous. They make your sushi for you on the spot. My favorites are the Otaru roll and their tempura is very crispy. Im here quite often.
Otaru Sushi is no doubt my new favourite Japanese sushi restaurant around the Hurstville region upon opening early 2017. The restaurant is a small, plain, modern takeaway shop with Japanese inspired decor. However, the food is everything but small and plain.The sushi was extremely fresh and prepared on the spot and very reasonably priced. Not only did they provide great food, the service was also exceptionally pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked for recommendations so be sure to ask the cashier for the most popular menu items! My personal recommendations are the volcano roll if you’re looking for something spicy or the salmon avocado hand-roll during the lunch special hours as a bang for your buck. I would highly recommend Otaru Sushi to anybody and I can’t wait to head back to this place!
