fabulous food, very fresh. however, even though it wasn’t that busy (only 3 other tables were occupied, late afternoon), i waited 45 minutes for my food. another family had came the same time as my family and they had already left by the time we had our food. a great feed, but service could have been better.
One word: AWESOME I have been regularly eating at Asako for the past three years, the seafood is surprisingly fresh although it is a small restaurant and the best part is, it never fails to impress every time we go. My absolute favourite is their grilled sushi and their sashimi as well as their tempura and udon. Wonderful flavours of japan for an absolutely fair price. For the 8 of us we manage to keep the bill under 300 dollars but fill our stomachs to the absolute brim including dessert in which they serve green tea ice cream and our childhood doraemon pancakes.A definite recommend to visit if youre in the concord/Canada Bay Area
