Great place for brunch in many ways- easy to find parking, lovely outside tables and super dog friendly, great food and nice service! Food was beautifully presented and so exquisite. The only shame was they sold out the hot cake!!! But a good reason to come back;)

I visited this place last week on a weekday which wasnt too busy. We were greeted politely by the staff members and we also brought our dog along too. They are very accommodating for our dog, brought out water for him which was great! We ordered 2 dishes, we ordered the soft shell crab and midori omelette. I actually really enjoyed the dishes, everything tasted fresh but at all but at the same time I found nothing special with the food. The flavours were quite simple but prepared really well, I dont think Ill come back to try the food but I did enjoy it. The dishes were Japanese fusion but nothing new to me. Overall experience was really good but not outstanding! Service was good too as they consistently did check up on us.

    | Mosman | The Mews | Located in a cosy part of Mosman, It has some outdoor seatings, the staff were very friendly and more importantly the menu looked great. I am so glad I got a chance to come here. Theres such a wide variety of beautiful dishes that Ive wanted to try here. The dishes here looks amazing and Ive gotten a chance to try some of chefs spring element dishes. Here what Ive had….Piggs Benedict – Nice, slow cooked and tasty braised pork, its so delicious its simply hard to resist..Smoked Salmon Benedict – All the good stuff here, cant get enough of that nori hollandaise sauce here..Shakshuka – This has to be one of my favourite dish and I personally love having shakshuka. Presentation is amazing and the flavour speaks for itself..Himalayan Curry 2.0 – This one packs a punch flavour wise, the balance of spice, flavour and presentation here is just perfect.Midori Omelete – Beautiful green goodness this is!.Pea Corn Fritter – Beautifully presented, house made peas and fresh charred corn fritter topped with poached eggs, relish, whipped goat cheese, avo and salsa..Hen – Has tender juicy chicken that is served with smoked potato, tempura, romesco sauce and distinctive fried enoki. Such a clever dish with all the unique textures and flavour. The perfect fine dining experience in brunch..Ricotta Hotcake – All I can say for this dish is that its super delicious. If I were to eat something first, Itd be this one first..Thank you @themewsmosman for the fine brunch experience.

Worth the money for the effort they put into these dishes and the portion sizes were spot on.This place rose above my expectations and I really did enjoy my day here in this scorching weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, hence will be back!

What a wonderful treat to be invited by some friends here. It was a sunny morning (it had been raining for ages so a break in the weather was very much welcomed). The service is amazing here and nothing is too much bother for them. The dishes here are simply stunning and evoke a sense of spring as the menu changes to suit the seasons. The plates are colourful and almost too pretty to devour. Best of all, there is definitely substance behind the style. Each dish has a definite Asian twist to it and successfully so. Coffee is by Grand Cru and is a lovely blend. The Midori Omelette is a wonderful fluffy green egg that surrounds a filling of butter poached king prawns with other yummy ingredients. The Pea Corn Fritters are light and topped with avo, poached egg, tomato relish, and goat cheese. It was a great combination and had a side of bacon to add some oomph to it. The Hen has a piece of succulent chicken served with potato and tempura mushrooms as well as a romesco sauce. A triumph in textures and flavours. The steak in the Mews Open Steak Sandoitchi is tender and melt in the mouth. Especially loved the mushrooms that came with it and the potato bread is great too. The fried egg is the perfect touch for it. To finish we had the visually amazing Lavender Infused Hotcake. It wasnt too sweet (like some can be) and had matcha ricotta, black sesame caramel, biscuit, and raspberry. Topped with a pretty green fairy floss. It had a tempered sweetness to it and very pleasant to eat. Great end to the meal which we had all shared.Very jealous of all the locals that can dine here regularly as if I could visit all the time I would! Thewhereto Alexandra | Lalan_eats
