The Raw Hubticks all the boxes. The eat in menu offersgreat variety and anexcellentblend of tasty, healthy and colourful dishes. The Paleomushroom, with charcoal toast, is my favourite. The coffeeisorganicand has lovely chocolate tones, and(for thenon-dairy drinkers) can be accompanied by a large variety of nut milks. Thecold pressed organic juices are made in-housewith something to suiteveryone’s taste buds. From nut milks andfruit juices (Sweet As -anapple and cinnamon combination – is awesome), to your more vegetable based root and green juices. Myfavourite at the moment is the Hibiscus Sun-Rise, a pomegranate and hibiscuscombination which is a really satisfying thirst quencher post work out. There isalso a heavy focus on sustainability, so if you return your juice bottles youget a 50c refund.The newsmoothie range is a great additionalfor the summer theyre delicious and beautifully presented. The SnickersLover is almost a meal on its own, and I particularly enjoy the Pitaya forsomething fruity but no overly sweet, and the Summer Passion which makes mefeel like Im lying by the pool in the Maldives. If Im feeling a bit naughty,but not overly indulgent, the Raw Brownie goes perfectly with a coffee. I amcontinually amazed that this brownie is raw as it tastes so good. The standardof the produce are backed up by quality staff who are both friendly andknowledgeable about the product offering. Theirgreen wall installation helpsprovide a unique, grounding and calming influence to the caf ambience.I love it!
