After dinner we decide to drop in for cappuccino. There was bit of a wait as they were really busy. We were lucky to get a table outside as it was a lovely evening. The cappuccino was really hot when we got it. The cappuccino was creamy with a rich foamy layer. Well done it was a good brew
This place was pretty average. Customer service chick called Alyssa gave false information on a product we specially went to get. Mind you we called the store if they had it and they said yes there were plenty turned up and there was a line of of people with only one item left on the shelf. Got to the counter asked if there were anymore of this product left she said yes plenty in the cool room, so she left the counter and the line up to walk to the cool room only to find there were nothing left of the product we specifically went to get. Like don’t give false info without physically checking something is in stock. Waste of time and the coffee was shit too.

Just a reminder to the staff who served me today to wash hands in between cleaning the counter table with disinfectant spray and making my frappuccino. I am concerned with the infection control in this place.
One of just a few Starbucks outlets in Western Sydney. Have been coming here since few years ago. Coffee is definitely improving. It’s stronger now. In terms of staffs serving at the register, sometimes good and sometimes not that good (like today).
