Location is amazing. Plenty of parking. Food isn’t bad. Menu has some great suggestions. Unfortunately customer service is very poor. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They were simply rude and seemed annoyed that there were so many people there. Shame.
Unexpected visit during the Easter break. No reservations and there was 17 of us. Asked if there was some tables for us and we got a flat out no. Not even willing to accommodate. Decided to sit near the bar table only to look around and managed to join some tables together myself without any staff help or assistance. We ended up getting 17 seats for all of us and during busy peak easter holidays. It was like the staff couldn’t care less. When ordering our food, the staff wasn’t friendly. When ordering drinks the again the staff wasn’t friendly. Luckily the food was good and everyone still managed to have a good time. Customer service needs a huge inprovement.
