It’s a nice place, got a really modern relaxed vibe to it. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, tried to accommodate a family of 3 and two little kids with no reservation. Food was alright, not too bad, a bit expensive for a cafe style food though.
Nice experience !. Good food, good service !
Great Coffee. I always get great service at Art House, the coffee is always good and love the friendly banter and atmosphere
Good food, TERRIBLE service. Service is possibly the worst we have had, ever. Waiters go back and forth looking busy, deliberately avoiding eye contact, not taking clearing tables, going back to the kitchen empty handed and not wiping tables. Took over 20mins to get the attention of somebody to get a menu and order drinks. It then took another 10mins to again try and flag somebody to take our order, we tried at least 6 times, I kid you not! This place wouldn’t last a month in Camden, the only reason they seem to get business is that there are no other real cafe/lunch options in Narellan Town Centre, except food court and open area dining in the shopping area. It’s a shame as our coffee, milkshake and Roasted Pumpkin & Chicken Salad was delicious.
We love this place. Delicious food, relaxing atmosphere, wonderful friendly service. Highly recommend Arthouse for family dinners with the kids, Saturday lunches, and for relaxed romantic dates with hubby 🙂 brilliant.
Fabulous. We had the pleasure of going to The Arthouse Narellan for lunch on Mothers Day. There were 6 of us & although they were really busy they bent over backwards to make sure we were happy including moving us to another table when requested, changing over chairs etc to make sure we were comfortable. The food was also fabulous & really well priced. The home made desserts were a refreshing change to the run of the mill mass produced.I’ll definately be back.
There is a reason why I travel a few more minutes down the road to Camden for breakfast, they do it better. I had the poached eggs on white toast with a side order of fried mushrooms and my other half had the bruschetta. The eggs themselves tasted like the vinegar water they were cooked in, mushrooms were raw and the toast was dry and uncooked. The bruschetta was lack lustre and flavourless. Back to Camden I go.
