The best steak I have ever had. One of the rare times I finished a steak, absolutely recommend. The meat was beautifully cooked to perfection. Im also not a beer drinker but decided to try out a Shandy which was half beer/ half lemonade and surprisingly I loved it! We even got a complimentary pen HAHA so why not pay a visit!!
Taste-wise : could use more seasoning.Price-wise : kinda expensive.Staff treatment : friendly but long to approach.Portion size : huge.I was curious when drove pass this German resto and decided to try it out. When I first enter the resto, the interior was very German-ish and I thought they would serve authentic and awesome German food. It was Friday night, we had reservation and it wasnt too long until we were escorted by one of the waiters. Sat down, looked at the menu, and we were ready to order. My husband raised his hand and the waiter said she will get back to us. It was like 5 min wait until one of the waiters came and picked our order. And the food took almost 30 min to arrive. It was a bit busy though that day. We ordered Bolognese Parmigiana and their famous Pork Knuckle. We also ordered Garlic bread basket and ended up cancelling it because it took soooooo long for it to arrive, since its supposed to be our entree. When our food came, I was amazed on how big the portion was. But when we took our first bite, we definitely can tell they both a bit bland in taste. I dont know if thats their standard or just that day the chef forgot to season our food more. Overall it was an okay experience, but I think I prefer Bavarian Bier Cafe in Parramatta. Will I go there again? Maybe not.
