This was the perfect place to celebrate a 40th birthday. It’s not so hip as to intimidate the oldies, and offers excellent views and food.The $65 deal is great value. My oysters were super fresh, my salmon main was really yummy and well cooked, and the pavlova was delicious (if I was being picky it could have been crispier but I was still happy).A very nice touch was the bespectacled waiter who came over with a sparkler and sang Happy birthday. The sweetness and earnestness in which he sang it meant that rather than being tacky, it was a really lovely gesture which made the whole table happy.Excellent waiter and great restaurant.
