Have to say, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The owner was aloof, condescending and unhelpful, devoid of any interest in answering questions about his products. A wonderful looking shop but woeful service. Feng shui is not only your layout but your interaction with guests. The lack of human warmth made it feel like a cemetary. For tea of the same standard or better i suggest Ten Ren in the city and chatswood.
